At The Moving Movers, LLC, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Gift cards
Final sale items
Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) for hygiene reasons
Custom or personalized items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

With your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 – 15 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. After we receive your item, we will send out the replacement item. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
